Experience
I am a qualified teacher and former university professor with extensive experience of working in universities (including Durham, Northumbria, Greenwich, Westminster, Roskilde, Khartoum, Limkokwing), FE colleges and schools in the UK and overseas. I lecture internationally, teach in schools, supervise degree and postgraduate students and tutor privately. I have experience across many academic levels, ranging from 13+ Common Entrance exams to GCSE and A-level through to supervising doctoral theses. I have also been an examiner for higher degrees at Oxford University.I have tutored more than 1000 students in my career with most of them reaching or surpassing their perceived potential. I tutor online and currently teach students in 10 countries across the world, including the UK.

My expertise covers many subjects, including geography, history, tourism, business, economics, politics, management and humanities. Moreover, I have particular expertise and interest in providing tutoring on essay and exam techniques.I do not use stock lessons or lesson plans. Every student I tutor or teach has a bespoke programme designed to meet their specific needs. I am proud of the quality of my service, am loyal to my clients and expect similar in return.
I am also an experienced school governor with considerable Ofsted experience.
