I have over 10 years of experience tutoring mathematics to students from year 7 to undergraduate level. I began tutoring whilst studying for my PhD and became heavily involved in the Schools and Colleges Liaison team, undertaking various projects with local schools to enhance and increase interest in maths. During this time, I also provided tutorials and lectures to undergraduate students and worked as a distance learning tutor, delivering A-level maths lessons in schools.After 10 years working in an engineering environment, I have returned to tutoring whilst I have a young family. I am greatly enjoying the challenges and rewards that being a tutor bring and seeing the progression made by my students.

I have a very patient and approachable nature, which I have found enables my students to build confidence in their mathematical abilities, allowing them to reach their maximum potential. I tailor my tutoring approach to each student, working on building and strengthening knowledge though the use of additional resources and practise questions. I am happy to provide on-going, regular support or on an ad-hoc basis when required.Availability (UK time)
