I am an experienced primary school teacher, whose aim is to boost confidence and attainment, while working at your pace. I have taught across years 3-6, which includes SATs preparation, and I am also a content writer for an 11 plus revision provider. Lessons will be personalised and engaging.Experience
I am a primary school teacher with 8 years of experience, having taught across Key Stage 2, in all years from 3-6. Prior to mainstream teaching, I worked in a specialist school for children with autism. This allowed me to gain a great appreciation for how learning and achievements are different for everyone, but equally as valuable whatever a child's level.I am also a content writer for an 11+ preparation provider. I write for the verbal reasoning resource team, but I am also confident to deliver non-verbal reasoning preparation for the test. The 11+ question types are full of puzzles and codes to break, so we will have fun solving those in the build up to the exam.

My priority in online private tuition is always to deliver personalised learning, which increases confidence, willingness to have a go and enjoyment of learning in a secure environment, where there is no fear of making mistakes. The rapport I build with my students means that tutoring is enjoyable for both of us! I have tutored children in year 3, year 4 and year 6 and adapt my teaching to the pace and targets of every individual student.I am looking forward to helping you and your child reach their goals.
