Experience
I have many years of experience as a science and maths teacher in secondary schools plus 10 years experience as a private tutor. I have enhanced curriculum knowledge having taught many exam boards and have written and developed curricula for use in schools.I have had recent success with students obtaining A* in both physics and maths and hence gained places at Oxbridge. I am also able to support students with direct mentoring through Cambridge University and Isaac Physics having attended Churchill college to obtain these qualifications. I also have experience teaching the Oxford Physics Aptitude Test (PAT) and the STEP programmes.

My teaching approach is enthusiastic and inspirational and I try to innovate using up to date pedagogical techniques and resources. Maths is important in science and in its own right and in lessons I believe it is important to keep topics relevant to students' lives and experience.Availability (UK time)
