As a current A level senior examiner, with 28 years of Biology teaching experience, I can help with exam technique and past paper question practice. My methods are traditional, using past exam papers and worked examples. Currently, I offer online tuition for all A level Biology specifications and I.B.I have an up to date DBS and a full range of resources including my own revision notes, animations and question banks. In addition, I am a published author of Biology resources including online revision guides and quizzes. I have my own A level Biology Model Answers resource, which I provide for all my students.
Most importantly, I have 28 years of science teaching experience, having worked at two local sixth form colleges, so I understand the needs of students preparing for these crucial examinations, in an increasingly competitive world. For many years, I have successfully tutored students privately and you can be assured that I will provide the very best standards of one to one tuition.

During a typical lesson I focus on explaining concepts and aim to improve the understanding of the subject content and exam technique. From the outset, I focus on how to answer exam questions because ultimately this is how the exam board will award the grades. My lessons are well resourced and I offer my own finely tuned A-level notes, revision guides and question booklets. I am an accomplished author of Biology GCSE and A-level resources for several publishers and my resources are used by students around the world.Availability (UK time)
